At the Home Loan Collective, we’ve built our business on solid relationships. We work closely with our clients, forming genuine relationships and getting to know them to ensure we find the right financial solution to suit their needs.
The very first relationship was between Ashlee Wiblin and Mortgage Express Blenheim Adviser Peter Lewis. Ashlee initially met Peter on her own home ownership journey in 2018 and walked away from their first meeting with the beginnings of the next step in her career, a great friendship, and ironically, no home loan.
Ashlee went on to work alongside Peter, soaking up everything she could from him and setting her own mortgage advisory career into motion. Together, they helped hundreds of people through their own home ownership journeys and built a strong foundation for what was to come.
In 2021, Peter underwent major heart surgery and made the decision to step back from the business, giving Ashlee the opportunity to take over his client base. Knowing she had huge shoes to fill, Ashlee took the opportunity to bring the businesses together and build on what they had created.
Since then, the business has continued to evolve, including two rebrands, first to Ashlee and Peter and now The Home Loan Collective.
Today, The Home Loan Collective has grown into a team of advisers and support staff who share the same approach that started it all, making home loans easier to understand, giving great advice and genuinely caring about the people we work with.
