Ashlee works around the clock to help you achieve the major property ownership goals you set. She is there from the very start of the process till the day you settle (and even after that!), guiding you through exactly what is needed from lenders and answering all the questions you may have.
When Ashlee isn’t helping clients on their homeownership journey, she enjoys renovating houses with her partner, spending time with friends and family, and soaking up the beauty of the Marlborough Sounds. Let’s not forget her furry kids—English Cocker Spaniels Stanley and Margot, and her cat Liz, who keep her busy and are endlessly adored.

Leigh Bradley, Loan Writer/Mortgage Adviser
Based in Marlborough, NZ
With over 10 years of banking experience, Leigh joined Ashlee and her team at the start of 2023. Leigh has always had a passion for helping people and having owned a few properties herself, she knows exactly how overwhelming the process can feel. Leigh is excited to be able to help even more people achieve their property ownership goals.
Leigh’s work involves ensuring we have the correct documentation from you to verify the evidence that supports your application. She also produces the application diary notes, telling your financial situation and what you want to achieve. Leigh is a wiz on the servicing calculators and has a good knowledge of each lenders’ policy.
In addition to her loan writing work, Leigh is an accredited Mortgage Adviser and assists clients with their upcoming fixed rate renewals and steps in for Ashlee and Peter when she is away.
Leigh now calls Taupo home with her husband, 2 daughters, and Finn the dog.

Eve Goodall-Cromarty, Loan Writer/Marketing Manager
Based in Nelson/Tasman, NZ
Having navigated the tricky process of purchasing a first home and buying/selling herself, Eve knows how important it is to have good people on your side when applying for a home loan.
Eve has been Ashlee’s right hand and Relationship + Marketing Manager since 2022, ensuring clients have the support they need and experience a seamless process with The Home Loan Collective.
She has also completed her New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) and loan writes for The Home Loan Collective.
Behind the scenes, utilising her marketing background, Eve manages the marketing side of the business, contributing to The Home Loan Collective’s strong and fresh brand presence.
Outside of The Home Loan Collective, Eve enjoys travelling with her partner and getting out on the water. She is also kept busy with their active German Shepherd, Riwa.
Alex McPhail, Relationship Manager + Loan Writer
Based in Christchurch, NZ
As Relationship Manager at The Home Loan Collective, Alex is a key part of ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout the home loan journey. With a warm, approachable style and a genuine love for helping people, she works closely with the team and clients to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
Before moving into the world of property, Alex spent years as a long-haul flight attendant. Her favourite destination was always New York, drawn to the city’s energy, food, and fast-paced lifestyle.
Alex has had a lifelong passion for interiors and design, with a keen eye for how spaces can reflect both personality and function. Open homes have been her weekend sport since childhood, having grown up in a family of real estate agents. It’s no surprise that she’s now fully immersed in the property world.
At The Home Loan Collective, Alex brings her love of property, creative flair, and attention to detail to everything she does. With a dream of one day buying, transforming, and selling homes, she’s passionate about helping others see the potential in the places they live.
Outside of work, Alex is a devoted dog lover and SPCA volunteer, always up for a cuddle with a four-legged friend. She also enjoys weekend getaways, exploring new places, and chasing the sunshine whenever she can.
Rowena Tindall, Relationship Manager
Based in Marlborough, NZ
As Relationship Manager at The Home Loan Collective, Rowena plays an integral role in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their home loan journey. With over 13 years of experience in real estate administration and property management, she brings a deep understanding of the property landscape and the many moving parts behind every transaction. Working closely with both the team and clients, she helps create a smooth and seamless experience.
Property has always been part of Rowena’s world. Growing up with a mum in real estate sales, she developed an early appreciation for the industry and the dedication required to guide people through buying and selling homes. Her career in real estate sales administration further strengthened her understanding of how exciting and at times overwhelming the process can be.
As a homeowner herself, Rowena understands firsthand the emotions and decisions involved in securing a home loan. She is passionate about supporting clients through what is often one of life’s biggest milestones, offering reassurance, clarity, and a calm presence every step of the way.
At The Home Loan Collective, she combines her property knowledge, organisational expertise, and genuine care for people to help make the finance process feel straightforward and manageable. She takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and well looked after.
Outside of work, Rowena enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, whether that’s exploring the outdoors, catching up over coffee, sharing meals, or simply making memories together.
