The Home Loan Collective is looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to help keep our marketing consistent, engaging and on brand.
This is a small, flexible role that would suit someone looking for a few hours each week that can fit around other work, family or commitments.
This is a small, flexible role offering 5 to 8 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 hours guaranteed. Hours may vary week to week depending on our marketing needs. There is an opportunity for additional hours as the role and business grow.
The role
You’ll be responsible for helping manage our marketing, including:
- Creating and scheduling social media posts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Creating branded content and graphics in Canva, utilising existing templates
- Managing and coordinating print advertising
- Formatting and sending email campaigns and mailouts through Mailchimp
- Keeping our marketing consistent and on brand
- Assisting with other marketing projects and campaigns as required
- Website updates through SiteModify would be a bonus
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident using Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Is experienced with Canva
- Has experience with Mailchimp and email marketing
- Understands social media content and scheduling
- Has a good eye for design and brand consistency
- Has strong written English and attention to detail
- Can work independently and manage their own time
- Is reliable and happy to take ownership of their workload
- Has experience with print advertising, although this is not essential
- Has website editing or SiteModify experience, although this is not essential
The good stuff
- This role is genuinely flexible.
- You can work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand and, for the most part, choose when you complete your hours. We care more about the work getting done well and on time than when you are sitting at your desk.
- You will need your own computer and a reliable internet connection.
Rate: From $34 per hour, depending on experience.
